Importantly, all our prices are inclusive of everything – GST, Set Ups, Delivery and 1 position embroidery up to 8000 stitches. Be aware that some of our competitors only allow for 5000 stitches of embroidery, it is in our experience unrealistic, 8000 stitches being a more realistic amount.

Nearly any logo can be used on a cap or hat, but if you are not sure, or don’t have a logo don’t worry!
We have a team of qualified artists and designers who can adapt or create just about anything you can throw at us!
4. Approve your samples - we will first produce a virtual sample, then a physical sample of your cap, this is FREE!
The virtual sample is a unique service which allows you to see what your hat will look like before we proceed to make a physical pre-production sample. This means you can make any small adjustments and get the absolute best product!
A physical sample will be sent (if needed) about 5 working days from virtual sample approval.
Most orders can be completed within 5-10 days from the final design approval.
We also have a complete custom design service, you can design your cap from the ground up. This service will take around 10-12 weeks.
