Approve your samples - we will first produce a virtual sample, then a physical sample of your cap, this is included in the price! Click here for an example of a virtual sample. A physical sample will be sent (if needed) about 5 working days from virtual sample approval.

Q3 What is a sticth count?
A stitch count is an embroidery term. It relates literally to the amonunt of times the embroidery machines need to make an individual stitch. Obvoiusly a more detailed or larger logo / artwork will have a higher stitch count.
A higher stitch count will cost more, we calculate the cost of embroidery buy the amount of stitches in the design.
All our prices include up to 8000 stitches in one position.
BE AWARE, we do know some of our competitors have cheaper prices than ours, but only allow for 5000 stitches! In our experience, the average stitch count is more like 8000, not 5000, hence the reason we used 8000 stitches to calculate our prices. We would rather give you a realistic price than try to fool you into buying then telling you we need to charge more to cover a higher stitch count.
If you need more than one position embroidered (a web address on the back of a cap is popular for example) just let us know via the "Get a Quote" page and we let you knw what the extra cost is.
As an indication, a web address is usually around 1500-2000 stitches, and would cost around $2-3 extra.

Q4 Can you print instead of embroider?
Yes, we can. We use embroidery as a basis for our prices because embroidery is the longest lasting and most popular method for decorating caps & hats.
In some cases we recomend printing as the better method of decoration, the truckers cap for example.

Q5 Can I get a sample cap or hat?
Yes, we can send you a sample cap or hat. Keep in mind a completed pre-production sample of your cap or hat will be sent to you for final approval of your order, so you might not need one.
If you would like samples prior to placing an order, just ask us by requesting it on 1300 784 420, or via our contact page.
We charge $15 for the first sample, and $5 per sample after that (in the same delivery). That charge is non-refundable, however if you proceed with an order, we will credit the amount you spent on samples to your order.

Q6 Can I order less than the minimum quantity shown in the product description?
In most cases, yes. Send us an enquiry through our Get a quote page or call us on 1300 784 420 to ask if the cap or hat your are interested in is available at lower quantities.

Q7 Can I choose different colours than what is shown in the product description?
Yes, we can make any of the cap & hat styles on our website in custom colours. We can also decorate with elaborate designs like on and over the peak for example.
To do this we will design and build you cap or hat from scratch. This means your seign will your very own, totaly original, and will not be available to anyone else.
Minimum order for custom made cps or hats is Qty 144, delivery can take 10-12 weeks.

Q9 How do I calculate the cost of freight?
Delivery or freight is FREE to anywhere in Australia. We will use couriers or Australia Post, depending on what is most convenient for your address

Q10 Do you charge set ups?
Embroidery programme fees or set ups are FREE. Some of the other products and decoration techniques have diffeent set up fees, but if they apply they will be stated in the product description.
